Bio: Founded in 2026 in Bonita Springs, the Everglade Legion Drum & Bugle Corps serves as the Open Class affiliate and developmental ensemble of the nationally emerging Everglade Vanguard. Built on the same foundation of excellence, discipline, and environmental storytelling, the Legion provides young performers with a place to grow their artistry, leadership, and competitive experience while carrying forward the spirit of the Florida Everglades.

Drawing inspiration from the untamed beauty of the River of Grass, the Everglade Legion blends powerful brass, aggressive percussion, and immersive visual design into performances that emphasize resilience, motion, and transformation. While the Vanguard represents the elite world-class vision of the organization, the Legion focuses on developing the next generation of performers, educators, and innovators within the marching arts.

Known for their deep swamp-green identity, weathered gold accents, and military-inspired presentation, the Everglade Legion embraces the philosophy that greatness is earned through endurance. Members are trained not only to perform at a high level, but to embody teamwork, adaptability, and relentless commitment.
