I&E is now broken down by division, previously all members competed against each other which made it unfair for the younger members. I&E participants now compete only against their own division. All participants will also earn corps influence (+100) and the top 3 placements will earn more (+400, +900, +1400 respectively) This change has been made retroactively to give money payouts corps influence for all past participants

The souvie booth has been in effect for awhile now but hasn't really been documented. I added more info about it in the Tutorial
