I see in the tutorial area it gives three ways of keeping funds sufficient; loans, sponsors & ads, and redistribution. where do i find these items in the menus?

Under dashboard you can go to the Organization Finances where you can redistribute money. Fundraisers can be set before each season starts. Ads are not yet implemented.
