As it currently stands, I believe I will be audited at the end of the year if I don't field my open corps. (I guess I'm a villian now)

Is the IRS tax the only concern? How detrimental is it? I plan on fielding the open group about mid season, but i am unsure how it will go! (I might end up doing like a 10 person hornline lol and call it The Order Exhibition Corps)

I do have an all age corps going though! I got the correct land on busses and members I believe now as well, may have sacrificed too much to get The Order in top notch for this season.

There are fees/penalties for having a corps but not fielding the minimum number of shows - this is to try to prevent people from using smaller corps as a money feeder for their larger corps. In the future I may add money transfer taxes when moving money from a corps to the organization.

I move a lot of money back and forth throughout the season pretty commonly (i overestimate how much I need usually) so I think this could be a negative. Maybe only tax the starting amount?

What is the minimum number? I do want to try and hit it this season for all three

I believe it's 10 but I need to see if I need to adjust it now with the bus system because 10 shows might be a lot, especially with 1 month seasons.

10 seems extremely easy to me. However I’m likely one of the cash fortunate ones

For this season it should be easy, but moving forward I think the consensus was 1 month seasons!
