Howdy! I tried out the $1000 question today where I was tasked with identifying a corps based on a 1972 photo. The corps in the picture was definitely the Blue Devils, but the correct answer to the question was supposedly the Kingsmen. I can tell it was the Blue Devils because (nerd alert incoming) the Kingsmen wore more elaborate uniforms than the more plain satin ones depicted in the photo (which were worn by the Blue Devils prior to 1976). Additionally, the drum major in the picture wore a white uniform, which was a staple of Blue Devils uniforms for a very long time, while Kingsmen drum majors wore black. Please fix if you can! Thanks for making such a great game :) (I promise this is not sarcasm, I really enjoy this site!)

That was in fact Kingsmen! I was pretty sure that was 1972 but it's possible the year was wrong

I was actually able to find the photo on DCX! According to them the photo is from 1967, and by 1970 (the next year they have photos from) they switched to the more intricate uniforms that I'm familiar with
