I believe you can only do financial stuff like loans and fundraising before the season starts

Loans can only be taken out before the season starts. I updated the code to show the revenue button at https://drumcorpsthegame.com/organization/dashboard click on the New Revenue button under "Create additional revenue for your organization". In there you can pay loans, set up fundraisers, etc
