Leasing VS Purchasing Fleet

Hey all! Just curious to see what everyone else is doing! Up until now I've leased my fleet's for each corps during the seasons (except for last season obviously). I am changing things up a little bit this season as I have purchased a full fleet for The Order, and have continued to lease for the Open and All-Age units.

Has anyone else gone the route of purchasing instead of leasing? I'm looking forward to not having to pay anything next season for the World Class unit. This last season was me properly resetting financially, and I've got a really strong foundation set in my eyes.

I had to take an entire season off across all the corps to be able to afford it. Pretty much put all my wallet into investments for last season. Not sure if it’s going to be worth it just yet but here’s to hoping!

Well, my World and All-Age Class Corps last season didn't do well because I accidentally bought buses. I still have the fully bought busses for my All-Age but my World Corps has switched to leasing this season. My Open Class has always been leased and it's worked for me.

I made sure I would be able to afford all the staff and members I wanted. I was fortunate to be able to not have to shorthand anything else to be able to work the bus cost into the season. I won't really be able to see how it plays out untill the upcoming season. Hopefully I'll be able to save more and more as time goes on? Kind of excited to see how it plays out for me personally.

It's definitely money management and playing the long game. There are definitely benefits with owning vs leasing buses but you do need to manage your money and make wise purchases!

It really is a long game. It was really fun last season waiting for everyone else to finish! I fear I've watched many of my favorite corps completely quit after sitting out an entire season. It's quite interesting watching scores play out without the bigger names from previous seasons however

The more people that play the more fun it will be. Tell your friends! If you have any suggestions on a good way to refer people without members gaming the system like what happened in the past, I'm all ears!
